河南省外国留学生政府奖学金（以下简称“奖学金”），旨在鼓励和培养更多优秀的学历教育留学生来豫学习。2025年郑州航空工业管理学院河南省外国留学生政府奖学金申请办法如下：

一、资助类别和授课语言

（一）资助类别：硕士研究生

（二）授课语言：中文

二、资助内容和标准

资助学费、住宿费。（报名费、保险费、生活费等其他费用需自己承担）

三、招生专业目录

请查阅《2025年郑州航空工业管理学院河南省外国留学生政府奖学金项目招生专业目录》（附件1），所有专业授课语言均为中文。

四、申请条件

（一）非中国籍公民，身心健康，无犯罪记录；

（二）遵守中国政府的法律法规，遵守学校的规章制度；

（三）学习态度端正，成绩优秀；

（四）学历和年龄要求：

须具有大学本科以上学历或学士学位，年龄在40周岁以下。

（五）语言水平要求：

攻读硕士学位者中文水平需达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级180分。

（六）申请人应当同时符合我校在学术能力及其他相关方面的入学要求。

五、申请材料

1.《河南省外国留学生政府奖学金申请表》（在线填写）；

2.有效护照首页扫描件（有效期至2025年12月1日后）；

3.经过公证的最高学历证明、毕业证书或学位证书。如申请人为在校学生或已就业，须另外提交本人所在学校或单位出 具的预毕业证明或在职证明；

4.经过公证的最高学历阶段完整成绩单；

5.不少于800字的来华学习或研究计划；

6.两名副教授以上推荐信；

7.外国人体格检查表（见附件2），有效期6个月内；

8.无犯罪记录证明，有效期6个月内；

9.汉语水平证明；

10.截至2025年9月1日仍未满18周岁的申请人，需提交由郑州地区公证处出具的监护人公证书原件，监护人须为郑州常住户籍居民或在郑工作；

11.其他补充材料，如各类获奖证书等。

注意：以上所有申请材料应为中文或英文文本，非中英文证书（证明）需附经公证的中文或英文译文。通过系统上传的材料须清晰、真实、有效。

六、申请流程

在申请时间内，登录“郑州航空工业管理学院国际学生服务平台”（https://zua.at0086.cn/StuApplication/），进行网上注册报名，填写申请信息，上传相关资料，确保准确无误后提交。

七、申请时间

即日起至2025年6月30日。

八、审核录取

1.学校根据奖学金申请条件，组织专家对申请人材料进行评审，择优确定奖学金候选人名单。

2.报送河南省教育厅终评，并确定录取名单，学校根据奖学金录取结果进行公示。

3.不能按录取期限来华学习者，奖学金资格不予保留。

2025 Henan Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students Admissions Brochure 

at Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics

The Henan Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students (hereinafter referred to as "the Scholarship") aims to encourage and cultivate more outstanding degree-seeking international students to study in Henan Province. The application guidelines for the 2025 Henan Provincial Government Scholarship at Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics are as follows:

I. Funding Category and Medium of Instruction

     Funding Category: Master’s Degree Programs

     Medium of Instruction: Chinese

II. Funding Coverage and Standards

The Scholarship covers tuition fees and accommodation fees. Other expenses such as application fees, insurance fees, and living expenses shall be borne by the applicant.

III. List of Majors

Please refer to the 2025 List of Majors for Henan Provincial Government Scholarship Program at Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics Industrial Management (Annex 1). All majors are taught in Chinese.

IV. Eligibility Criteria

a) Non-Chinese citizen, in good physical and mental health, with no criminal record;

b) Compliance with Chinese laws and regulations, as well as the rules and regulations of the university;

c) Diligent study attitude and excellent academic performance;

d) Academic and age requirements:

e) Hold a bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent academic qualification;

f) Under 40 years old.

g) Language proficiency requirement:Applicants for master’s programs must have a score of 180 or above in the HSK Level 4 exam.

h) Applicants must also meet the university’s admission requirements in terms of academic ability and other relevant aspects.

V. Application Materials

a) Henan Provincial Government Scholarship Application Form for International Students (filled out online);

b) Scanned copy of the bio-data page of a valid passport (valid until after December 1, 2025);

c) Notarized highest academic degree certificate/diploma. If the applicant is currently a student or employed, a pre-graduation certificate from the current school or an employment certificate from the current employer must be submitted additionally;

d) Notarized complete academic transcript of the highest academic level;

e) A study or research plan in China of no less than 800 words;

f) Two recommendation letters from associate professors or higher;

g) Foreigners' Physical Examination Form(see Annex 2), valid within 6 months;

h) No Criminal Record Certificate, valid within 6 months;

i) Chinese proficiency certificate (e.g., HSK score report);

j) For applicants under 18 years old as of September 1, 2025, an original notarized guardian certificate issued by a notary office in Zhengzhou. The guardian must be a permanent resident of Zhengzhou or employed in Zhengzhou;

k) Additional supporting materials, such as award certificates, etc.

Note: All application materials must be in Chinese or English. Non-Chinese/English certificates/documents must be accompanied by a notarized Chinese or English translation. Materials uploaded through the system must be clear, authentic, and valid.

During the application period, log in to the "Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics Industrial Management International Student Service Platform" (https://zua.at0086.cn/StuApplication/), register online, fill in the application information, upload relevant documents, and submit after ensuring accuracy.

 From now until June 30, 2025.

VIII. Review and Admission

a) The university will organize experts to review applications based on the scholarship eligibility criteria and shortlist candidates based on merit.

b) The shortlist will be submitted to the Henan Provincial Department of Education for final review and admission decision. The university will publicly post the admission results based on the scholarship review outcome.

c) Scholarship eligibility will not be reserved for applicants who cannot arrive in China by the specified enrollment deadline.
