一、招生对象

1. 非中国籍人士。

2. 对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度。

3. 身心健康，品学兼优，有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作。

4. 年龄要求：16 - 35 周岁（统一以 2025 年 9 月 1 日计）。在职中文教师放宽至 45 周岁，本科奖学金申请者一般不超过 25 周岁。

三、申请时间及流程

（一）申请时间

2025 年 2 月 20日起，申请者可登录中外语言交流合作中心网站（cis.chinese.cn）国际中文教师奖学金板块，申请国际中文教师奖学金。

2025 年 9 月入学的学生申请截止日期为 5 月 15 日。

（二）申请流程

1. 登录奖学金网站，查询推荐机构。推荐机构包括孔子学院、独立设置的孔子课堂，部分汉语考试考点，外国相关教育机构、高校中文师范专业 / 中文院系、国外有关中文教学行业组织、中国驻外使（领）馆等。

2. 在线提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果。如遇驳回，请按照驳回意见修改后重新提交。

3. 奖学金获得者与我校确认办理来华留学手续。

4. 在线打印获奖证书。

5. 按我校录取通知规定的时间入学报到。

四、申请材料

1. HSK、HSKK 成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件。

2. 推荐机构负责人的推荐信。

3. 在职中文教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信，同等条件下优先录取。

4. 未满 18 周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件。

5. 申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查，检查结果有效期为 6 个月。

6. 申请者还须提供学校要求的其他证明材料。

五、奖学金资助内容

1. 学费：由奖学金全额支付。

2. 住宿费：按照学校标准提供相应住宿安排。

3. 生活费：一学年研修生标准为 2500 元人民币/月。

4. 综合医疗保险费：参照中国教育部来华留学有关规定执行，由我校统一购买。

六、特别说明

1. 在各类汉语桥比赛中获得 “国际中文教师奖学金证书”者，登录国际中文教师奖学金网站，凭奖学金证书向我校提交申请材料。

2. 一学年研修项目原则上不录取 3年内享受过同类奖学金的申请者。

3. 入学体检不合格、中途退学及未经许可不按时报到、休学等情况，取消奖学金资格。

2025 International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Application Procedures at Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics

I. Eligibility Criteria

Non-Chinese citizens.

Friendly to China, with no criminal record, and committed to abiding by Chinese laws, regulations, and the university's rules and regulations.

In good physical and mental health, with excellent academic performance and moral character, and a strong aspiration to engage in Chinese language education, teaching, and related fields.

Age requirements: Applicants should be between 16 and 35 years old (calculated as of September 1, 2025). For in-service Chinese language teachers, the upper age limit is relaxed to 45 years old, and undergraduate scholarship applicants are generally required to be no older than 25 years old.

III. Application Timeline and Procedures

(I) Application Timeline

Starting from February 20, 2025, applicants can visit the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship section on the website of the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (cis.chinese.cn) to apply for the scholarship. The application deadline for students enrolling in September 2025 is May 15, 2025.

(II) Application Procedures

Log in to the scholarship website to identify the recommending institutions, which include Confucius Institutes, independently - established Confucius Classrooms, selected Chinese language test centers, relevant foreign educational institutions, Chinese language teacher - training programs/departments in foreign universities, relevant Chinese language teaching associations abroad, and Chinese embassies (consulates) overseas.

Submit application materials online and closely monitor the application progress, review comments, and scholarship assessment results. If the application is rejected, revise and resubmit according to the rejection notice.

Scholarship recipients should confirm with Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics the procedures for studying in China.

Print the award certificate online.

Report to the university on the date specified in the admission notice.

IV. Application Materials

Scanned copies of  HSK and HSKK score reports (valid for two years).

A letter of recommendation from the head of the recommending institution.

In - service Chinese language teachers are required to submit an employment certificate and a letter of recommendation from their working institution. They will be given priority under the same conditions.

For applicants under 18 years old, a signed entrustment certificate from their guardians in China is required.

Applicants should undergo medical examinations in strict accordance with the items specified in the "Physical Examination Record for Foreigners". The examination results are valid for 6 months.

Applicants are also required to provide other supporting materials as required by the university.

V. Scholarship Coverage

Tuition fees: Fully covered by the scholarship.

Accommodation fees: Accommodation will be arranged according to the university's standards.

Living expenses: The monthly living expense for one - academic - year research students is 2,500 RMB.

Comprehensive medical insurance fees: Purchased by Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Chinese Ministry of Education for international students in China.

VI. Special Instructions

Those who have obtained the "International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certificate" in various Chinese Bridge competitions should log in to the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website and submit their application materials to Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics with the scholarship certificate.

In principle, applicants who have received similar scholarships within the past three years will not be admitted to the one - academic - year research program.

Scholarship eligibility will be revoked in cases of failure in the admission physical examination, withdrawal from school midway, failure to report on time without permission, or suspension of studies.
