郑州航院全体来华留学生:
基于当前新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情已在多个国家、中国多地传播，为了让同学们更
加了解当前情况，有效预防和控制疫情蔓延，增强应对信心，做好自我保护，特声明如下：
一、新型冠状病毒感染以发热、乏力、干咳、逐渐出现呼吸困难为主要症状表现，请来
华留学生注意防寒保暖、保持室内空气流通；注意个人卫生，如勤洗手等。
郑州航院高度重视来华留学生的身体健康和生命安全，国际教育学院严阵以待，严格执
行学校应急方案进行管理，要求留学生保持通讯畅通，保持与老师联系，合理安排好假期学
习生活。 所有离校留学生不得提前返校；所有留校留学生不允许外出 。
二、为应对此次疫情，来华留学保险项目组已开通 7*24 小时咨询电话 4008105119，并
提供绿色服务通道，针对确诊客户，将第一时间提供垫付及理赔服务。公安机关已开通举报
热线，对于散布谣言，引起恐慌情绪的行为，将依照有关规定严肃处理。
三、中国政府已成功快速分离出病毒并对其进行测序，已与世界卫生组织和国际社会共
享该基因序列。中国政府应急管理体系和医疗防控系统强大高效，有能力应对此次突发疫情。
四、世界卫生组织宣布疫情尚未构成“国际关注的突发公共卫生事件”，且对中国政府
针对疫情采取的积极应对、防控措施和合作态度、信息透明度给予高度赞扬。
五、截至目前，河南省教育厅和郑州航院尚未发布任何关于延长假期或推迟开学的官方
消息，如需要延期将另行通知。

An open letter to all international students of ZUA
Dear students :
The novel coronavirus has been spread in many areas of China and some countries. In order to
make students know more about the epidemic situation, effectively prevent disease, and
enhance self-confidence, do a good self-protection, it is hereby declared that :
1. Common signs of infection include respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath
and breathing difficulties. Please keep warm, maintain room air circulation, note that personal
hygiene, such as frequently washing hands.
ZUA attaches great importance to the health and life safety of international students. The school
of international education stands ready by what may happen. We strictly implement the school's
emergency plan for management. We require all students must keep smooth communication
with teachers, properly arrange vacation study and life. Students who has left school cannot
return to school in advance. Students who stay in school are not allowed to go out.
2. In response to the epidemic situation, the international Student Insurance Project Team has
been opened a 7 * 24-hour consultation telephone 4008105119 and provid a green service
channel. For confirmed customers, advance payment and claims services will be provided as soon
as possible. Police office has opened a hotline. For reporting and spreading rumors that cause
public panic will be dealt with seriously in accordance with relevant regulations.
3. Within a couple weeks of the illness first appearing, Chinese scientists identified the virus and
quickly sequenced the genome. That information was immediately shared across the globe to
help researchers start developing a rapid diagnostic test along with a vaccine. The Chinese
government has strong and efficient emergency management system and medical prevention
and control system. The government is capable of responding to the epidemic.
4. The World Health Organization announced that the epidemic has not yet constituted an
"public health emergency of international concern" and highly praised the Chinese government's
active response to the epidemic, prevention and control measures, cooperative attitude, and
information transparency.
5. Till now, the Henan Provincial Department of Education and ZUA has not released any official
news about extending the holiday or postponing the start of school. If the extension is needed, it
will be notified separately.
